As part of its contract with SAP, PASàPAS is expected to provide first and seconde line support for your SAP sofware, and to only forward “genuine third line messages” to SAP. Therfore you can no longer report incidents directly on PASàPAS Support Portal.
Please use instead the PASàPAS Support Portal to report your SAP-Software related-issues.
